Kripalu Certified Yoga Instructor – March 1994 to present –Appointed Teacher Acharya March 2004.   Instruction in Hatha Yoga, pranayama and meditation to individuals and groups such as the Albany Kripalu Yoga Center, NYS Department of Social Services, Altamont House, Met Life, Women’s Health Care Plus, CDPHP Employees and Members, New York State Tax and Finance employees, SUNYA Staff.   Completed 500-hour advanced certification Summer 2002. Served on the Albany Kripalu Yoga Center Board of Directors. Recipient of “Teaching for Diversity” grant from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and Tides Foundation to provide Yoga and Meditation instruction to Persons Living with AIDS (2004).
