OFFERINGS
The combined training and experience of Nursing, Massage Therapy
and Yoga Instructor, gives me a unique perspective on techniques to reduce the negative impact of stress, and improve overall
health and well-being. My work is most enjoyable when I am able to work with individuals and groups to custom-fit a
program to meet their special needs.
My presentations are more experiential and self-discovery based than lecture, as
I feel this material is best integrated in that way.
Programs can be scheduled at most times – at the convenience
of the client.
Kripalu Yoga and Meditation

entle to moderate Levels of Postures (Asana), Breathwork (Pranayama), and Meditation Instruction. Presentations
are individualized based on the age, physical ability and/or limitations of each group (Ex: Senior Yoga, Chair Yoga, etc.)
Various Meditation techniques are presented such as breath-focused, mindful movement, walking meditation, and others based
on the specific needs of each audience.
